New road sweeper from Goscor Rental Company (Elgin Crosswind)

24th May 2011 Goscor Rental Company (GRC) has announced that it now offers Elgin Crosswind industrial sweepers for rental.
GRC GM Greg Venter says that the Crosswind has proved itself globally as one the most efficient and cost-effective industrial cleaners. “We have no doubt that demand for this will be exceptional especially in the rental market as the capital cost for outright purchase is quite substantial, “says Venter.
Goscor’s Elgin Crosswind is a powerful sweeper with unequalled versatility, flexibility and productivity. Its re-circulating vacuum sweeper efficiently cleans large flat paved areas such as streets, parking lots, and airport runways.
“This machine is easy to operate and simple to maintain and like any machine with these characteristics it is durable and efficient. It is ideal for cleaning contractors, municipalities and large corporates. We have had special success with it on construction sites” says Venter.
The Crosswind ergonomic design allows the operator to sweep in a safe, comfortable manner. Mounted on the short-wheelbase chassis of either conventional or cab-over chassis, the Crosswind is operated by simple rocker switches and comes with a complete set of gauges.
A combination of large hopper and water tank, plus excellent fuel efficiency, allow the sweeper a long work period between trips to dumping, re-watering and fueling sites.
